Bill is a disciplined and energetic entrepreneurial leader with 38 years of total business experience with 25 of those years in senior leadership positions.  In April of 2010, Bill full-filled his dream of owning his own business by starting a management consulting firm to help small and mid-size businesses improve their results. Bill brings a unique combination of real world and hands on experience leading people and companies. During his career he worked for; Libby Owens Ford Glass, AEP Industries, W.R. Grace Co., Flambeau Corp., and the J B Poindexter Co., in two different positions.  Experience includes:





  • Total of 13 years’ as President of two separate companies. EFP Corp. a division of J.B. Poindexter Corp with three manufacturing facilities in three states and sales of $30million; the other Flambeau Corp., headquartered in Baraboo, WI. where Bill and his team grew annual sales to $125 million with 1100 team members and 10 manufacturing facilities, including plants in Mexico and England.  During his tenure with Flambeau Bill served as VP of Sales and Marketing, Executive VP and President.

  • Global experience traveling to and developing new business and suppliers in China, Mexico and Europe

  • Built new Greenfield facilities in Wisconsin and Mexico and led efforts in three M&A transactions.

  • Drove operational improvements through the implementation of companywide training programs, introduction of ISO & TS quality systems, and Lean manufacturing implementation at two companies.

  • Created environment of “open communication", team building and the sharing of ideas among all associates and key metrics to help drive results, continuous improvement and cost reductions.

  • Leadership experience in small and large, union, non-union, public, private, family owned and portfolio companies.



Sales and Marketing:


  • Positions: Field Sales, Regional Sales Manager, Product Manager, Market Development Manager and VP of Sales and Marketing.

  • Product Experience: Contract manufacturing, custom and proprietary products sold into Industrial, Consumer and Retail Markets.

  • Sales Channel Experience and Leadership: Direct Sales Force, Dealers, Distributors, Manufacturing Reps and Telemarketing.

  • Market Experience: Plastics, Packaging, Transportation (RV, Bus, Auto), Agriculture Equipment, Lawn / Garden Equipment, Appliance, Furniture, Medical, Outdoor Recreation, Electronics, Office Equipment.
